Some recordings no playback?

Hi most of the programs I set to record do just fine but the wife likes to series link some soaps for some reason they record and show up in the planner but when you go to watch them they show a blank screen then cut to the planner they don't show a time for recording like duration of the program or how long left to watch it's like there's nothing there Iv tried deleting series link and just recording but it's the same only happened on ch4 at the moment just can't figure out iv checker the details off the recording settings against other programs and there the same & it's not conflicting with anything else as its the only one at that time

Check that you're getting signal to both tuners, on OpenATV, press the blue button and then scroll down the list to 'Tuner Setup' then push the right arrow on your remote and then scroll down to Sat finder and press OK

You will see the signal you're getting for the current channel on Tuner A, now push the right arrow on your remote and you should see the signal received on Tuner B.

Is any of them showing 0? If so check your sat feeds in the back of your box.

This sounds like the ATV channel 4 transponder bug. It happens on tuner b but only with the channel 4 channels (they are all on the same transponder) but bizarrely don't affect every box. If your using wooshbuild backup your settings and then flash 4.002. If not there is a thread on here with the way to fix it, will find it in a minute
