star plus hd not working

Hi everyone.
I've installed a test line for 24hrs. I don't seem to be receiving star plus hd, when I go to that channel it says "scrambled". Can anyone help please? The other main channels are working fine. I've messaged the test line guy and awaiting his reply aswell.

Hey thanks for the reply fatboy. Yeh perhaps your right but there's a free to air channel called UMP movies and that also says scrambled. Any other ideas guys why this may be??
