Step 2 of easy set up box crashes

When I try to download the file in step 2 my box crashes I've taken a screenshot,

not compatible if it throws up an error,maybe on old image and new item on newer image = error?
logs would need to be setup and box rebooted and logs posted over there to see what the fault is.

Should I try following the sucumandsee build instead of whoosh ?

you could try it and see if any difference,save file info/line +cfg file to laptop first.

the last couple of lines of your crash screen are the important bits. can you take a clearer picture of the bottom bit.

Got fed up so went out for a beer. Came home tried again and it connected I'm now trying to get my cccam line on to box
