Strange Issue

Morning chaps,

Got an issue with my zgemma h2s, not sure if it's firmware or skin related, I'm running the OpenVix firmware (think it's 5.2) and the slyk skin.

Basically every now and again for whatever reason my channel up and down buttons stop working, all the show on the screen is that circle with a line across, the denied symbol, and at the same time if I'm watching a channel and press up or down to flick through the little epg it opens the file list?

Anyone got any ideas?

Any if you suggest flashing wooshbuild I'm listening but is it possible to do it without loosing what I've recorded on my HDD?

Flashing a different image will not delete your recorded programs. Just make sure you backup your line before a reflash as it will wipe your box
 
You don't flash wooshbuild from your hard drive, im pretty sure you need the hard drive disconnected when flashing from a USB stick. Follow wooshbuilds guide to get up and running but do not reinitialise your hard drive as that is what will wipe it
