Been with my provider a good while now and its been awesome... until footy started again.
I have been able to watch the first few games no hitch at all. But these last two weeks have been shocking there FHD channels buffer like crazy, with a lot of people saying the same thing.
The server's answer is its our end as their servers are not full and all is working well.
Well i did a a fresh install of whooshbuild and re ran the script tonight, rebooted all devices and started watching first 16mins were fine, then the glitching and on and off started and other people started stating they had the same problems.
So i tried a speed test on my laptop while streaming on my zgemma and the results were bad 600ms ping 0.8meg down 0.2meg up. Now usually my zgemma while streaming will still give my laptop around 10-20mb to play with, with a ping of around 40ms. I left the football off as it went unwatchable on all the channels, we watched a few episodes of G.O.T on the same server @1080p and it was fine glitch free.
After the football has finished i tried streaming more G.O.T while doing a test on my laptop and got 26mb down and 10mb up still while streaming on the zgemma.
To test it as it was before, i went to the same channel the footy was on and did another test on the laptop while streaming on the zgemma and got very good results again (only difference is the game was over)
So I am presuming the isp is up to something when the football is on to throttle my speeds? Would I be right?
