Strange problem zgemma and VM

I have lost several channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, channel 4 and 5 ( freeview )
Also lost several SD sports channels

Have tried rescanning but im greeted with the message ' failed to load virgin on channel B'

Im wondering if Virgin has a new area code for Swindon..?? at the moment its 0006

Anyone got any ideas?
