stuck on boot new box help please

Hi, Purchased a h2h of sponsers late last week - flashed with woosh yesterday worked ok - today stuck on boot with red light - tried reflash no luck - flashed with another image no luck.. is there a reset button or any one any ideas please....

Have you your HDD plugged in the rear, unplug and try again
