stuck on boot

hi all just got a zgemma h2s and it all set up but when i put the kodi plugin on it and then update the box restarted but has got stuck on boot screen with the last channel info goming up over it.i can get the ftp to connect but i dont know what to do next.can anyone please help

ok got it fixed just ftp the box and deleted the plugins i had installed and restart fixed

Can you give us a screen shot of your boot screen please? When these boxes are new they don't actually do anything unless you make it do stuff.

This morning I noticed that it was stuck on boot - TV screen is blank, so I
- turned it off and then on, still on boot
- tried to reflash Wooshbuild, still on boot

What do I do now to get it working

i am also getting this problem. zgemma working fine for couple of months then suddenly stuck at boot whilst trying to do a firmware update. this was happening a lot recently (after each software update) the box was not able to load properly?
