Stuck on Flash when trying to boot new backup image! any ideas please

Hi all,

I have backed up image to stick and never had a problem before but now when flashing it sticks in Flash and goes no further?

Any ideas why it is doing this please

I have sucmnsee sly image and slyk alongside it also
