Stuck on reset!!

Hi, was encountering various recording problems on my box, tried to do a factory reset only to find my box stuck on the wooshbuild opening screen, box is now unresponsive, cant open the menu to try another reset.!!! Any Ideas

im having the same problem, i have a backup of my image and tried with 2 different usb sticks, going to give it another go now. fingers crossed

GOT IT!!, format your card not on quick mode,untick the quick box.insert usb in the back, switch on,press and hold power button at the front. It should then say flash!!
