Stuck on Wooshbuild H2H

This has happened a few times and all of a sudden it will start working again. Sometime after a reboot either by using the remote or by pressing the button at the back it doesn't reboot properly. I've been trying to do it all morning but it is stuck on the wooshbuild screen, it's all been updated so I'm confused, does anyone have any ideas?
 
Hi does the loading reach 100% or stuck on 49%

Might be fully loaded but not playing because the line has not kicked?

try pressong buttons on remote once you think its loaded

I just tried it again and it went up to 100% but the wooshbuild writing is staying on. Sometimes it will get passed that bit and seem like it's booted up ok but all channels are blank. I'm using IPTV by the way
 
does the remote input give any response?

could be the iptv line is down

Well the iptv is working on my other box so it isn't that, I've just gone into menu/plugins/iptv player and that is working as it should
 
try a network test on that box to see if its getting a connection

also may be worth removing and readding on there

If thus happens to anyone else this is what my IPTV supplier told me to do and it's now all ok.

Menu -- plugin--iptv bouquet maker -- and change All IPTV type from disabled to enabled and save then restart if it does not work straight away, then restart a 2nd time.
