subtitle on channel

hi guys vm cable irl getting subtitles on 4hd watching gogglebox and subtitles all way through when went through box all subtitles switched off any ideas thanks

Hi any other channels like ss main events / movies getting it? if switched of manually via audio button and still there then may need updated image. This was a problem for alot a while back.

yes i have lastest obh 4.1.12 updated yesterday weird no just e4hd affecting

if you go to channel and press audio button can you select audio?

subtitles could be on some channels for the deaf,if program finishes and subtitles go its inbuilt into the program.

i understand but it on the hd version e4hd not sd version nothing else effected no been on quite few programs
