Switched isp and lost line on zgemma

I had a couple of weeks where my internet was down as i switched from plusnet to bt fibre.
i needed a new master socket thus the wait.
As i feared plugging the internet and ethernet back on now, i only have the free to air channels.
So i was wondering is there anything i can try to get my connection back? (Restoring from a back up perhaps?)

192.169.1.254 should be ip off router admin password is on router go to advanced settings turn off smart setup will fix your issue
