A couple of issues with my 7000s that I got yesterday.
With the F5 that I have, the n line that I subscribed to gave me Sky Sports and Sky Movies etc. None of the HD sports or HD movie channels worked or the other Sky HD channels (I'm sure when I bought the n line though it said all HD channels!).
A few worked, like the free to air ones like BBC1 HD, ITV HD etc.
I got BT Sports 1 and 2 HD on the F5 perfectly fine too.
I managed to input the details from my nline to my 7000s okay.
Now, on this 7000s, I can't pick up BT Sports HD channels, even though I know my n line supports it, as when I switch back to my F5 box, they work.
I was under the assumption, when buying the 7000s, that I would get exactly the same channels as I already got on the F5 but that the added benefit would be that I would be able to receive the HD versions of the channels that I have explained that I'm not getting.
The BT Sports HD ones are weird.
Any ideas?
Btw, I've got the latest patched firmware on it and the updated channel list.
Also the EPG definitely isn't 7 days it shows now and next, even though I've pressed "OK" pressed the Yellow button to update the EPG to update the program list. I have a usb key inserted too.
Sorry for the amount of questions but would really appreciate some advice on why these issues are occurring.
