i just look that one you post its b down for about 2day why the swap the servers over shhhhh

kill the power most of the time works ie pull out the fire stick or turn off then back on

just unplug it for the wall its the best way :)

Have you got a home button on your tablet and a button to bring up running aps you can then choose close all
