timeout for tuner lock with two feeds in

Evening all,

I've read through all the threads and tried to find a solution but can't as it seems this problem only comes for people with one feed going in but i have two.

Started happening yesterday evening on my box so i reflashed it and set it up again but didn't solve anything - any ideas?
