Timeshift on stream not supported

Can anyone tell me how I stop the above message coming up when I change channel Please?
I'm using an xtrend 8500 box running on vix, I know i can't time shift with just one line.
I can't find in the setting were I can stop the warning notice.
Can anyone help Please?

I don't have the full solution but as you've not had any replies I'll pipe up.
This happened to me, I had to turn off timeshift to stop it appearing which obviously is no solution at all. In the end, Vix caused me so many problems with IPTV compatibility that I moved over to ATV and haven't looked back.
