tm nano se recording issue

getting to grips with new box and used a timer recording like i do on other boxes but this has an external 2tb toshiba hdd externally powered,i see the program arrow which show recorded onto hdd and when i go to play it i get a blank screen,neary sure box was setup from menu iniatilized and ext 3-4.program time hops forward too quickly as in fast forward.did i miss something??cheers

Have you mounted the drive? If you have, try another drive or usb stick to see if it's a drive issue or the box/set up. Can't remember for sure but think the drive needs formatting so the box can read it

done all that but went through settings again and epg was going to hdd but was setup for usb and movies to usb lol,
epg now going to usb.
movies going to hdd.
think i may have to reflash box again as i clicked on file location must have selected wrong one and get error and box reboots lol

Just remove drives, reboot, reinsert and remount instead of flash?

not tried that yet but will try cheers.
nope did not work but i then used media scanner and straight to that 1 file on hdd lol and played it.
