Can I transfer MP4 and other video types from a USB flash drive if I put it in the front socket on my h2s to my external hard-drive I use for recording on through my h2s if so can anyone help me please

Yes you can easy enough

Just thinking. Depends on what format your USB is.
Not got a pc, Mac or something that will read it with a usb
