trying to setup an f5

hey there , im trying to setup an f5 but struggling to get a test c-line
i found a site with lots of them but i added this manually into my f5
because i dont know how to put it onto a usb but it says offline.
i dont know if its because im on sky bb or if the c-line is fake.
could anyone check if its real or even looks real
