tune failed

hi all
i am getting a tune failed on some channels like bt sport but all other sport channels ok
tried a rescan using autobouteqs e2 to no avail
anyone any ideas

Try a full automatic scan in providers and then an ABM scan and then reboot box

Ive got the same problem with all bt sports freezing and coming up tune failed. Done all the above but still getting issues
