Satellite Tune Failed

Hi I'm getting Tune Failed on all sly channels?

What causes this?

ive scanned and it finds over 800 channels.

B* sports works fine as well as free to air.

any ideas?

You must have the cable configured. Go to tuner configuration and make tuner b not configured. Also go to autobouquets and make sure you just sky. And try it again

Just done this but still says tune failed
