tuner A did work

Hi all I had tuner A working perfect then I went to record as soon as I hit the premium channels tune failed and tuner A gone off again dose anyone know why

Have u two cables in or one?
If only one, have u set second to not configured?

CCcam 2.13 by any chance? If so change to CCcam 2.30

Hi I have two cables In one in A and one in the top . My ccam is 2.30 but I'm using mgcamd 1.38 I know both my cables work because we I do a scan from a normal channel like bbc 1 then it shows both are working when I do sat finder yet the second I go to a premium like sly 1 the tune fail comes and tuner A goes down

You can't have 2 cams installed - if you have put your line details into a newcamd.list file then delete CCcam from the box

I haven't got my details in ccam 2.30 mate just using mgcamd 1.38

But you still need to delete CCcam if not using it - can cause issues if 2 cams installed

A few ways - try deleting from plugin menu or TSpanel (Cams) or using FTP program go to the softcams directory and delte from there. Also go to etc folder and dlete cccam.cfg file if it is there

nope didn't work when I restart my box I get perfect signal if I do a scan I get 1045 channels when I flick channel 1 to 4 perfect the second I go on sky boom no channels no tuner a signal and tune fail. yet when I try skybox f5 on both cables it works east but also the zegemma picks up channels so don't know whats wrong

Are leads in correct ports?

Reflash either a backup or raw image.
Change nothing.
Still same?
