i am trying to tune into my sky dish on tuner a on my zgemma box for freeview i am unsure how to do this with configure tuner a any ideas please

Freeview is terrestrial, not Satellite. If you're trying for Freesat, then set tuner for 28e and use the ABM for Freesat and your area.

thats what i mean sorry but what is the correct way igo into tuner config then tuner a then i get
config mode not configured

Needs to be simple and set to 28.2e then run a scan

Just so you are aware, if you have a wideband LNB for Sky Q, it won't work with Enigma2 receivers.
