Tuner b missing

Hello,
My father in law has been trying to set up his xsarius box for cable tv by following all the instructions, however there is no option for tuner b. There was the option before it was messed with but no more. How can I get it back again or will I have to do a complete install?

Just re set it to factory default settings, you won't loose the image on the
box but you can start again from scratch.
 
Ok this happened to me open three screws on back (voids warranty) check the tuner daughter board is seated correctly in the motherboard its probably popped out. check with your supplier if its ok for you to do this before you have to arrange a refund.
 
Hmmmm, have you tried re-flashing your receiver with a more up to date firmware?

Sometimes a good old fashioned re-flash can be a winner :cheers:
