Hi guys ....
I set up a box for a mate of mine and when I went to download the EPG it come up with 'tune lockon googling this seems like the sat cables might no be in the correct ports. They are in LNB and Tuner A or B (can't remember off the top of my head but in the right hand side port when looking at the back of the box) so i tried switching them around and tried the EPG download again and bingo it worked, however no single on the TV ! On top of that the EPG has not gone mad and is showering the same program on every channel (just the titles not on the actually picture).
Can someone help me with this ? Not sure if I have the tuner config set up right ? Or are the cables in the correct port ? Any guidance would be great.
