Cable Twin Tuner. 2 lines

Quick question. I have a sky dish and virgin media broadband. If I have two seperate lines and hook up both tuners, can I record one tuner and watch on the other tuner. Obviously want cable line for hd

yes you can have main course and dessert lol.record on one watch other.

Sounds good. Dunno whether to just stick with twin sat tuner or go for this and have both. Decisions decisions lol.

Do both tuners just work off the same epg? Only as virgin channels may slightly differ?

believe me sd vision sucks,to have the ability to record in hd and stream to other boxes to play hd and surround sound i think its worth it.epg yes the same on double cable or double sat tuner boxes.
combo boxes would be different as you need both.

Sounds good. so I can just choose 2 different providers on crossepg and good to go?
