unable to watch HD channels on cable box

just installed gigablue HD ultra UE box foe a friend and have set it up as previous boxes, however all channels are clearing apart from paid HD channels. All channels clear in SD and freeview HD. unning latest Vix and have tried oscam and mgcamd but same result with both, no HD channels. Any suggestions to help would be appreciated.

I have noticed when running AMB it is only finding 399 channels, normally it finds well over this number.

if you are in the Leicester area, some HD channels are out of the loop, mostly sport

Im in glasgow area, all other boxes including my own are working fine off the same server

You'll have downloaded a new image with the new config to fix the audio issues. This in turn means if you're not using oscam HD won't clear
