how can I tell whether this box is genuine?

I have F5s box and it is rebooting every 30minutes. I was trying to update software but every file i try to upload i get a missmatch. I tried firmware from skybox.cc , libertview.com QR code on a box send me to hddvbsw.com but site is down. Any idea where I can find a good firmware. Now I have : Main CHIP ALI 3601 HD, OEM ID: 0001, SOftware 3601HD_26_03_2014_0A5F

Guys whats a .rar file? People keep telling me it should be .ABS but I cant find that download and my skybox doesnt read anything when I try to upgrade by USB

A rar file is a compressed file and needs to be opened up using a programme such as winrar or win zip

has to be f5s and i just downloaded from openbox site and upgraded no problem
