Upgrade time - Heres my wish list

I have a Amiko box which is a few years old now, it still does the job but it's not pretty so looking to update.

I'm not sure what to upgrade to but my ideal feature list which may not even be possible is:

Cable box with a couple of tuners.
PVR of course
Good EPG that is wife friendly for recording
Run a Plex client (don't really like Kodi) so I can watch all the stuff I have on my Plex server.
Pushes out to IP to allow watching on iPad etc, even better if I can get to this remotely
Has other apps like iPlayer, Netflix etc
4K - don't have a 4k TV yet but if I'd like it to be a bit future proof.

Is that too much to ask?

Like the look of Vu boxes, cant work out if they have a plex client.

Any guidance would be great
 
Enigma 2 covers most of the bases but there is no Netflix app that I've seen but most TVs have it built in so no need for it, does have plex addon I can't really see the point of a 4K box unless you have motorised dish even then there's very few channels
 
My current TV is not a smart TV, so no apps on it.

4k box so I can stream 4K netflix or 4k media stored on my NAS.
 
your money but watching down scaled 4K seems pointless why not just watch native 1080p content, no difference
