Urgent help please with MXQ Pro - Video playback scrammbled pixelated

Hi all,

I am using StbEmu plugin on Android MXQ Pro

On this I have IPTV with VOD content

My problem is that when i playback VOD content on a lot of movies they are pixelated that much you cannot watch as per attached but you have sound ?

I have switched to other various players on the box and I can get the picture but then no sound ?

Also tried VLC player and got picture but no sound ????

If i use same iptv on my old zgemma they play fine !!

Any suggestions please, thinking codec issue but not a clue really as its driving me nuts ?

Oh i have 3 of these MXQ and all exactly the same

Sad to see your getting these problems mate, instead of using STBEMU, why don't you try perfect player? Very good supported APK and works really well with VOD. Find the download here 'niklab'

strange as if I play using Kodi as player they work fine? what am I missing?
Why it will play on through kodi but not other players
