Turn the radio upJust got a new van and the shelves are attached to bulkhead with 3 self tapping screws. There squeaking away when driving, have tried tightning and loosing, removing screws nothing seems to help. Any ideas driving me mad.
Tried that can still hear itTurn the radio up
Am starting to doubt whether it is the shelves. Only happens if im turning right on a roundabout or over the odd speed bump. Its like someone playing a horn in the rear of the van. Its a transit custom would a rear diff cause this noise.Rubber washers all day long had the same problem on a mk1 ford focus pedal box creaking all the time just put a slit in them and fed them around the bolts with a layer of silicone grease and no more creaking
Its coming from the rear. Its like a howling sound or as if something was rubbing but really loud.a worn out belt can cause squeaking when going round corners, that would be coming from under the bonnet though, you sure its not that?
Easy done don't turn right on a roundabout go straight over them lol and instead of speed bumps mount pavement where there's no pedestrians obviouslyAm starting to doubt whether it is the shelves.
