Virgin Boquet and Sky Boquet

Hi,

I have got my box setup with Zgemma star 2s Vix 3.2.021 sucmnsee full! Backup 02.12.2015.

First I setup virgin, scanned it and got all the channels listed.

I then enabled the sky tuner, done a scan and picked up all the channels.

What i need to know is how do i watch the sky channels by putting in the relevant sky channel number like 101 for example.
as at the moment it goes to virgin.

All the sky channels have got other numbers against the channels and the only way I can see what is what is by looking in the last scanned boquet.

done the ABM but now its only showing me the sky channels.
how do i change between watching sky and virgin channels?

you should have 2 sets of Boquet 1 for sky and 1 vm

Menu, service searching, Autobouquets maker, configure, add providers prefix to bouquets to yes, green button to save, start scan and then try EPG, depending on the providers order will it will show either first but if you scroll down it will show the other

you also have 2 other options in ABM one is to add a provider prefix in brackets to the bouquet such as this (Virgin), (SkyUK) and the other one lets you put preference to which one goes first so Cable at the top followed by sat or vice versa.

If you dont add the provider prefix it will look like a mass of bouquets

i only see the sky boquet now and not the virgin one.
is it a setting i am guessing that i need to change?
