Voice out of sync on streams - Extreme editor

hi can anyone help - i have fixed this problem before but as a newbie cannot remember how to do it. I have just reinstalled from scratch , wooshbuild , extreme editor etc and the voice is out of sync. I rememebr there is a simple setting change somewhere that fixed this, or process?

press green to get to plugins

green to downlaod plug in

extensions

audio-sync, download that

when watching a stream that is out of sync press:

audio > blue

you can now change the offset to bring the audio back in line.

I cant sync mine. Ive teied altering the values but cant sync them up. Any ideas
