VU solo SE Virgin - No display from channels

[FONT=&quot]Hi, need some help please. Configured my vu solo box for virgin. NetID has been configured. mgcamd file has been copied to the usr/keys location. Did an auto scan and finds over 500 channels but I am not getting a display. I can see all channel listings and what programs are showing. Have I missed anything? Thanks[/FONT]

you have not said if you have a mg_cfg and newcamd.list in usr/keys?
and you have entered your cable line details into newcamd.list?
checked your softcam 1.38 is selected and auto start?
sometimes box needs a reboot for it to start working.
 
Sorry, yes both files are in the usr/keys folder.
newcamd.list has the correct line details.
Softwcam 1.38 is on auto start
Box has been rebooted several times. I'm receiving BBC channels but not in HD.

Just a thought, which mgcam_cfg file are you using? Are you using the latest one from downloads on here and your line begins CWS = yeah?
Also have you purchased the sub or was it just a test line?
 
Are you able to send me the latest mgcam_cfg file.
Garyth you ledge, my file didn't begin with CWS, it started with N:

First thing to do if starting with N and having issues is change the format to CWS = line, you sorted yeah?
