Vu+ Solo2 - usb tuner DVB-T2/T/C

Hi Folks

I have the following setup:-

Vu+ Solo2
Ipab 1.3

I would like to use vm and considering buying a usb tuner first do they work and can anybody recommend one that would do the job.

Was looking at this would it work?

Can’t see it not working but you will need the correct driver ::

I haven't seen any reports of those working on boxes - you'd be aswell getting one that's made for your brand of box > CLICKY

Its only a matter of finding the correct driver ;)

All depends if the chipset is compatible with the box too - if you're lucky enough that it is then you'll need to hope there's drivers for the box's linux os then it might not work well with the box.

I had a HMP Combo - worked fine on the H2.H to give it an additional cable tuner but adding it to the H2.S and it seemed to struggle a little.

Not sure what to do, I am a newbie to this game, the cost is an issue but I might struggle to get a driver.

I have the sundtek tuners (2 of them) and they work great.

I have a solo 2 and im using the USB Turbo Tuner. Have to say, it works great. No issues what so ever.
Simple download of drivers from plugins, restart box and its there.
Cost around £50 but well worth it IMO

Do they work ok with decrypting channels?

Guys got the USB tuner all installed, now need some assistance with getting it setup properly any help or advice would be great!

Should just be a case of going to tuner config setting netid then follow ipab guide for setting up virgin

Restart box
Scan channels with correct net ID
Scan and make bouquet

Can anyone confirm whether the Sundtek USB Tuner works ok and stable on Zgemma H2S and if so what version of OpenATV?

Have the tuner installed and recognised configured the tuner with correct net I'd, followed the ipab.tv guide but not giving me channels or epg were the hell am I going wrong, need an idiots guide!!! HELP!

do you have vm broadband,and have you setup your dvb/c for scanning?
where and what info are you adding into the setup?
