Hi guys as the title says any ideas why these boxes are lagging on IPTV via WIFI ? its deffo the VU box as i have now tried an android box with perfect player and that was perfect.. im running openvix 028

All depends how good your internet is. I use wifi on vu boxes running Open Atv 6.2 and it works fine. Vix 5.2 019 is the latest image so could be you are using an old image, not sure tbh with vix. Failing that you could use tp links .

when you say old image ? your probably right how do i do this ?

i put the latest openvix on and the solo box still underperforming where if i put an android box in the same spot its fine

You can download Vix images from here : http://www.openvix.co.uk/index.php/downloads/vu-plus-images/ and just select the Vu model you want. Or if you want a custom image with everything on it look here as willow is the man on this forum for Open Vix http://www.techkings.org/resources/willobuild.39/.
