Those service references are probably missing from Rytecs database or he has a problem fetching them.
You will need to post your issue on the existing thread on PLI forum so that doglover fixes it. He will want the names and service references for the affected channels.

Cable channels will not necessarily have the same reference if you are in different regions.Not sure it's a source problem, my comedy channels and +1 both have epg data:

Make the choice to see the log.
Now you see the log. This log can be saved, and you find the saved fle in /tmp/
