Recently changed the Power Steering Pump on my VW Fox - the old pump was not working and CAN software would not connect to the ECU. Having replaced it - it now works and CAN software connects to the ECU but the power steering light is on Amber and it is showing on CAN as angle sensor fault but I know the angle sensor is working.
I read somewhere that the angle sensor has to be coded to the ECU in the power steering pump - does anybody know how to do this and what I need to do it?
