are you 100% box is original as there are clones out there,usually come with blackhole on them?

yes its original and yes it has black hole on but im getting constane disconnection and freeze from the line im useing but when tested on a zgemma box with vix the line works perfect

Are you running the 2 boxes on the same line. If so you will get freezing and disconnected unless your line provider let's you do it normally you pay slightly more for multi line
