Whats ZAP mean?

As the title, see Zap in my menus ( can't remember which one ) what does it do?

To 'Zap' is to change channels

Yes as above just means to ZAP to that channel so in for example epg set up it will say ZAP or ZAP and exit this is the best setting so you are in epg select that channel and ZAP to it and exit epg.
