Where are Clines/Nlines generally bought?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a longterm good working Cline or Nline provider.
I've checked out websites offering these services but i am afraid to pay too much to be honest..
previous clines have failed very quickly and i'd love to try out nline sometime.
looking for a package that also includes dutch channels.

any help would be nice.

Alright, just did that. i was just also wondering what people's opinion were about public providers like websites etc.
hence the extra topic :)
