Which box out of these two

Been looking at these two boxs .can't decide which one to get can anyone get me some feedback on which one is better out of the mutant hd51 or the gigablue HD quad plus

mutant hd51 is a 4k box and is the newest and only runs oscam and ncam

See am new to this. I have a zgemma h2h at the min but want a box I can record 1 channel and watch another...don't understand the oscam and ncam thing ..I am running a line on mgcamd at the min

I you have sky and vm connections into your home you should be able to record as long as you have two lines, one for vm & other one for sky using the h2h

Don't have sky dish up ...so would like a box with two cable tuners so I can record and watch another

I haven't tried the gigablue but the HD51 is excellent and a steal at £189, or might be less now.

What does it mean it only uses oscam and ncam

It's just a different softcam to decrypt the pay channels. You just need to email your provider and make sure he allows oscam.

So the cws: line I usually put in my mgcamd might not work

It very likely will but always best to check.

mega1968: if your box uses mgcamd then its definitely an N line. oscam uses newcamd protocol so you will be ok with your existing line.
