Wifi set up on Zgemma H2s

Thanks for your help tonight, I have now been able to attach a photo of those settings which need changing.

Just put what Pablo had posted earlier but it needs Internet to box isn't the router near the box

Could be a long way off here, but something else to check, make sure the plusnet safeguard settings are turned off in your account, as they are buggers for turning them on. Just thinking with you having a new router they maybe turned on

Thank you all for helping me in solving my problem, I have done what was suggested, I can confirm this was the fix needed to get me back up and running.
Could you let me know how I can get the EPG menu to show what is on as mine is not showing what is on.

Menu epg then look for croos epg and download now

switch the router off at the socket
on the zgemma, go to menu>setup>system>network>device setup>nameserver settings
change nameserver 1 to 8.8.8.8
nameserver 2 to 8.8.4.4
click green to save, put the box in deep standby and then back on and check that the nameserver settings have stayed as changed above
after rebooting the router, the zgemma will connect

Tried this out this morning after days of messing around with cables, absolutely made up, especially as I'm not so tech savvy. Thanks
