Windows 10 windows 10 creating system volume information file on usb

Hi i have an issue with windows 10 every time i plug in a USB the system creates a system volume information file on the stick . I have re formatted it numerous times only for it to resurface as soon as i plug in stick again. This is causing me problems as i want to watch films on my blu ray player but it keeps reading as corrupt due to this file . anyone got an idea how to deal with this problem as i searched everywhere and the solutions found on google don't seem to work thanks in advance.

hi i have tried the above mentioned registry edit but the problem still keeps occurring . when i get to the stage of editing the DWORD i notice it says 32 bit i have a 64 bit system could this be why its not working?
