You can have 5 providers on standard account, yes u can have 5002 as for vpn don't know but I would imagine it would work find lol.

yes you can use a vpn
yes you can change stream types
if you manage your own m3u [i.e. sub direct to xtreme and upload your m3u there] then you can merge two lists; if you simply send the app code to your provider who activates xtreme for you then you can only have one running

Depends on how u setup xtream editor
Did you get it of someone else or did you get your own account on there website?
If it's the first one then go into the plugin and press menu then reset config.
If it's the second one then go onto there website and delete the provider.

It should stay the same but make a note of it just incase.

Epg for Xtream Editor is done by your Iptv provider.

I know it is however when its imported onto the box where is it stored?

Not sure about epg I know picons go into usr/share/enigma 2. Try etc/enigma2/epg.dat. If you use dream explorer you should find it.
