Xtream TV Not Connecting

I purchased a WiFi dongle for my Technomate TM Twin OE to set up my IPTV wirelessly.
I switched off the box, inserted the dongle and restarted the box.
I'm trying to trial an IPTV service.
Xtream TV is installed with a MAC address.
When I go into this I get a message saying internet not connected.
But when I go into Wlan settings it says it's connected.
There should be a blue circle in this to activate the IPTV, but there's none.
The seller told me that they come with the drivers installed.
Any ideas?

Yes use a cable they are much better for iptv and streaming in general. If Wi-Fi is busy or signal is weak you will get a lots if glitching.

I'm actually doing this for my friend who lives in shared accommodation.
He's not allowed to use homeplugs.
The dongle is working now & I downloaded the mispel32 Xtream TV given by the provider.
It says beef at the end & I heard that this won't validate.
In my own box which has WiFi built in I had no problems.
Can I change the MAC address?
