Zgemma channels glitching

Hi there can anyone shed any light on why my zgemma h1 is glitching on a few channels, all channels but a few are perfect just 2 of the movie channels bt sport bbc news and a bbc 1 all glitch really bad more like pixelating if that's a word, when I press OK twice the snr says 0% but on working channels it's 98% I have rescanned but same happens all the time, any idea's or help please, cheers.
 
If you look through the posts you will see that there has been an issue for past week-ish. Have a wee read at them mate.
 
if bbc 1 glitching and any fta channels then its tuner or cables to box
what splitter are u useing ?
 
Cheers for reply I'm using VM splitter but had no problems previous, it's a tuning prob I think just with it being FTA as well, can you tune single channels like you could on the old starviews? That star wars movie channels is unwatchable at the moment, it's got me baffled.
 
I had a similar problem when I first set up my box, I tried an attenuator that VM had left behind some time ago & it cured my problems.
