Hi guys,

I have only ever set up a z gemma box for myself on a vermin modem.
Done a zgemma for a friend and she has EE but with live vermin feed wires avaiable.
This is probably so obvious but i cant seem to work out which wires i put into the splitter. I know the live vermin wire goesinto the in slot and then on mine i have another coming out and going into my modem but on the EE modem there is no slot for that cable. Am i missng something?

If you're not using cable broadband there is no need for a cable from VM to the modem.
The Zgemma just connects to the modem via a network cable.

so the hdmi to tv and ethernet to box from the modem are all i need? where would the Tuner B cable go after i put it into the zgemma? Thanks
 
You haven't mentioned which model of Zgemma you're setting up and what services?
You've mentioned cable but are you setting up satellite as well?

If you have EE broadband the VM cable only needs to go to the Zgemma (are you sure it's still live?).
 
it is a zgemma h2h and only using vm services.
Yes it is still live. which port would the vm cable go into on the zgemma?
