To check if a line is on do you go on softcam panel, then press yellow on select cam 1, then press servers and it should be red if not working?

Just a little tip for newbies don't be tempted to enter your line details into any sort of web site that makes out it "tests to see if the server is live"
For obvious reasons you have been warned.

Did you set up the box. Somebody had that error and needed to reflash before it would work

sent from meatballs way too expensive gizmo

I had that issue when setting up a no iP account to view outside of network the only way around it was factory reset router then reflash box
